Elizabeth's Story
Life
I'm turning 50 in December and it amazes me. I don't feel that old and I certainly don't have an age problem as far as my attitude goes (at least I don't think so.... :) ) in other words, I'm pretty damned open minded to the way other people wish to live their lives. It's your life, live it the way you want to, just let me do the same. This includes my two grown children Sarah and Travis, whom I'm very proud of. Sarah currently living in the town I first went to high school in and studying in the medical field. Travis happily married and working in the construction trade in Indiana.
There are certain aspects of me that remain the same person I was as a child, a teenager, a young adult, etc. I'm not exactly old I don't suppose, but my mortality is now a reality. I'm enjoying myself and when I go to the grocery store I buy the food I want to eat, not just the stuff I can afford! (Who can relate...Expand for more
to that one??) I'd love to touch base with any of those interested enough to read this.
I'm still working at Locl.net (an inter net provider) as the office manager. I own a company called Lizard Co. and represent a very talented airbrush artist (and my other half) Harrydidit. I am the feature editor for Airbrush Technique Magazine which is distributed world wide and is young but growing nicely.
I'm still in Indiana and look forward to relocating west someday. I'm not so crazy about the snow and the cold winters....snow is ok if you're on the inside looking out..(you get the picture, fire, glass of wine, snowfall on the other side of a very thick paned window). I'm not so sure you can stay that way for at least four months out of the year, you have to leave the house eventually, besides we all have to go home eventually don't we?
